PHILOSOPHY

We believe that by slowing things down, we give space for the things that truly matter and that slowing things down is merely about temporality and more so about taking the time to process what is happening in our lives, reflect on how they make us feel and connect with who we truly are away from the opinions of others.

 

In todays world, it is easy to get stuck in the wheel and pressure of always striving and chasing for more with the illusion that true happiness and life joy is just around the corner - but somehow never seem to fully arrive.

It is a way of living that is deeply unnatural to who we are as organic beings, especially for sensitive feminine souls.

Our philosophy is that by embracing a slower and gentler approach to life, it enables us to listen to our own hearts and bodies, it allows us to reconnect with what is real and it creates space for us to process and reflect. It allows us to shift from the harsh, masculine and distorted ways of perceiving ourselves to instead embody and reconnect with our true essence.
