From my work and connections with women around the world, I’ve learned that the sensitive, spiritual woman who has been taught to suppress her feminine soul, inner wisdom, and natural rhythm, is here to heal, create, and thrive by embracing softness, not through constant striving.

This space is for the feminine soul who is tired of compromising or denying her gifts, needs, sensitivities and dreams for the sake of external expectations.
Our vision was to create an online respite from the constant striving pace of the world. A space to de-armour from the masculine-focused paradigms you´ve been taught to live from and recognize the intrinsic value and gifts of your deeper nature.

This e-workbook is created for the sensitive feminine soul who longs to embrace a different way of life, one that is gentle, nurturing and supportive to who she is in her heart and where she gets to reconnect with her intrinsic value and essence to live a life of flow, joy, ease and creativity. It is my experience, that the deep feeling feminine being who has been taught to over-ride her true self and spiritual heart is here to soften, not strive. It is her process and journey of coming home, and it is a process of de-armoring from the falsely protective masculine shields that have built up around her heart like a suit of armor. This workbook is sectioned into 6 parts with a total of 35+ pages, each section containing intentional writings with attached journaling promts at the end of each part for you to deepen your connection with self through reflection + gentle, feminine and soft aesthetics through out. It is my intention to inspire and offer guidance for you to discover the answers that you seek yourself and soften into your truth and heart.
